How long are sessions?

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

Do we take Insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider.  We can provide you with a monthly statement of your session payments to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have a PPO plan.

What is our Cancellation policy?

Our agreement is to meet regularly on a weekly basis (unless there’s a unique circumstance in which case we would discuss another agreement). We charge for scheduled sessions unless they are canceled 48 hours in advance. There is no charge for calls of less than 10 minutes. The charge for calls of 10 minutes or more is prorated based on your fee for a 50 minute session.

what is our Confidentiality policy?

Everything we discuss in sessions remains confidential. All identifiable patient material is kept strictly confidential with three exceptions: when there is risk of imminent danger to you or to another person, your therapist is ethically bound to take necessary steps to prevent such danger; when there is suspicion that a child or elder is being sexually or physically abused or is at risk of such abuse, your therapist is legally required to take steps to protect the person and to inform the proper authorities; when a court order to disclose information is requested.
